DesignOps Lead & Design System Manager (Oct '24 - Present)
As the Design System Manager at easyJet I am responsible for the strategic delivery of the Design System. The new Design System will align multiple agency partners and a small internal design team and elevate design across the business. Other responsibilities include:
- Management and direction of 4 designers in the Design System team.
- Improving collaboration across the various agency partners and internal product teams by levelling up tooling and setting rituals to develop a stronger design community.
- Programme Management for the wider 'One easyJet' program which includes Design Tooling improvements, Design System Foundations and Unified Navigation.
Valtech
Design Lead (2024 - Present)
As a Design Lead at Valtech I predominantly work with our clients (Currently 100% on easyJet) on unlocking the value of Design by launching and scaling Design Systems and Design Operations. I'm also responsible for our partnership program with Figma. Leveraging this partnership I organise talks, training sessions from Figma representatives to level up our designers.

Global Lead Process Designer (2022 - 2024)
As part of the Global Operations team, I leverage my background as a Product Designer to evaluate and improve core business processes across teams in Finance, Recruitment, HR, Resourcing, and Operations. By applying the design process, I identify major pain points, redesign workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and implement these solutions within the business, tracking and measuring their impact.

Tesco
Design System Manager (2020 - 2021)
As a member of the Design Systems team at Tesco, I collaborated with the Design Lead to support and enable a team of four Product Designers in delivering and maintaining the Tesco Design System in Figma. We developed a comprehensive strategy for delivery, training, and learning materials to help designers move from Sketch to Figma. Additionally, we created three core Figma libraries for web, Android, and iOS. This system empowered over 70 designers across the organisation to develop scalable design solutions for a variety of Tesco products, including web platforms, native applications, and in-store kiosks.

Design Operations Manager (2020 - 2021)
As the Design Operations Manager of our team of 17 Product and Experience designers, I oversaw the day-to-day operations of the team with a focus on resource management, amplifying design impact and effectiveness across the business, ensuring each designer had the necessary tools to fully concentrate on their creative work. I actively promoted best practices in tooling, project setup, recruitment, onboarding, and internal processes throughout the organisation, leveraging platforms like Notion and Miro.
